Paid for shipping but also paid $36 in customs. $160 was not worth the 3 small bundles that were shipped to me. Yes, it was listed on the website as a general message, but I did not expect to pay another $36 on top of the $120 I spent on the hair.

For the Anti-Itch Marley Hair in black (30 inches) that you purchased, each bundle weighs 60g, with the recommended amount for a full head being 9–10 packs. This information is clearly stated under the Length variation on the product page. You purchased 3 packs, which is below the recommended quantity for a full or light install. Our guidance is provided transparently to help customers achieve their desired look, not to encourage over-purchasing.
All of our braiding extensions are handmade, made-to-order, and specifically designed for individuals with scalp sensitivity. They are intentionally crafted to be lightweight, clean, and comfortable throughout the entire braiding process and wear time.

The hair is really soft and was easy to install. My hairdresser was very impressed with the quality and feel of the hair. I have a very sensitive scalp, but the hair has not irritated my scalp at all.
