Processing Times


All of our products are made to order. Please allow 2–3 business days for production or braiding hair and 3 - 5 business days for crochet and locs before your order ships.


Note: Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or shipping time.

We offer a 3-tier shipping system with prices ranging from 
Shipping speed depends on the tier selected and the courier service used.


North America (USA, Canada & Mexico): 3 –14 business days after production


Europe: 3 - 14  business days after production


United Kingdom: 3 - 10 business days after production


South America: 5 - 15 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates only. We cannot guarantee exact dates due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak-season backlogs.


 Tracking Information


Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

 Shipping always includes full tracking.


Please allow 24 – 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


 Customs, Duties & Taxes


All Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are not included in your order total and are payable upon delivery.


Custom Duties and Tariffs.


All orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and tariffs levied by recipient country. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.


Orders that are not collected or refused due to non-payment of import duties or taxes are not eligible for a refund, as the seller has fulfilled their obligation by shipping the order.
