Return & Replacement Policy

All Sales Are Final

Because our products are custom-made to order, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds. Each item is created specifically for you, which means it cannot be resold or restocked once produced.

Refunds and Returns 

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on hair that has been worn, installed, or used.
All our hair is carefully handmade and undergoes strict quality control before shipping to ensure it meets our standards. Any issues arising after installation or use, including those related to handling, installation, or maintenance, are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
If you experience any concerns, we are always happy to guide you on proper use and help you get the best results from your purchase.

Replacements for Faulty or Incorrect Orders

While refunds are not available, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can assist you. Claims made after this timeframe may not be eligible for review.

To submit a claim, please email us at info@tresbellehairbrand.com with the following:

Your order number

A clear description of the issue

Photographs of the product received


If we verify that the issue is the result of a manufacturing error on our part, we will promptly reproduce and ship a replacement item at no cost to you.


Exclusions (What Does Not Qualify for Replacement)

Replacements will not be issued in the following cases:

Incomplete custom order description.

Incorrect address  provided at checkout

Color or texture variations caused by device/screen display differences

Minor variations due to the handmade or hand-processed nature of our products

Delivery delays resulting from shipping carriers, customs, or force majeure events

Orders that are not collected or received due to clients refusal to pay import duties,tariffs in their home country is not open to a refund.


We reserve the right to decline a replacement if the claim does not meet these conditions.

Order Cancellation & Refund Policy
Because our products are made to order, we operate with a limited cancellation window.
Cancellation Window
Orders can only be canceled within 6 hours of placing the order, and only if the order has not yet been processed.


Processing Fee Deduction
If a cancellation is requested within the 6-hour window, the order will be canceled and refunded. However, 4.9% of the total order amount will be deducted from the refund.
This 4.9% is not kept by us. It covers the payment processing fees charged by Shopify and our payment processor (Stripe) when the transaction is made. These fees are charged on every order and are not returned to us when a refund is issued, which is why they must be deducted from the refund amount.


After 6 Hours
Once 6 hours have passed or the order has already been processed, the order cannot be canceled or refunded, as production will have already begun.

Kindly read every details provided, dont book your braiding appointment getting your extensions.

Dont purchase if you have an event that is close.
