Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances. Every product is crafted specifically for each customer upon receiving an order, and as such, we are unable to resell or restock returned items.

Reproduction for Faulty or Incorrect Orders

While we do not offer refunds, we understand that mistakes can happen. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.

To process a claim:

Email us at [tresbellehairng@gmail.com] with your order number, detailed description of the issue, and clear photos of the product in question.

If we determine that the issue is due to a manufacturing error on our part, we will reproduce and ship a replacement item at no additional cost to you.


What Does Not Qualify for Reproduction

Customer-provided incorrect address or sizing information

Color or texture differences due to screen/device variations

Minor variations in handmade/hand-processed products

Late delivery caused by shipping carriers, customs delays, or force majeure


We reserve the right to deny reproduction if the claim does not meet our policy conditions.
