1. What makes your braiding extensions hypoallergenic?
Our extensions are made from fibers that are gentle on the scalp and skin. We do not use harsh chemicals or synthetic coatings that typically cause itching, irritation, or allergic reactions.
2. Who are your products made for?
We create high-quality hypoallergenic braiding hair specifically for Black women who want beauty without discomfort. Our current customer base includes women in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.

4. Are your extensions safe for sensitive scalps?
Yes. All our products are scalp-safe and perfect for sensitive skin. They are made to not cause itch and provide comfort during and after installation.
5. Are your products pre-treated or ready to use?
Yes. Each product is made to order and ready to use immediately. There’s no need for soaking, rinsing, or extra prep.
6. How do I place an order?
You can place an order through our website or by messaging us on Instagram or WhatsApp. Just let us know the style, length, and color you want, and we’ll take care of the rest.
7. Do you offer custom orders or color blends?
Yes, we do! We offer custom blends and unique colors tailored to your vision. Simply send us the details while placing your order.
8. How long does it take to receive my order?
Since all products are 80% handmade to order:
Production Time: 2–5 business days
Shipping Time:
USA & Canada: 5–10 business days
United Kingdom: 7–12 business days
9. Are your products reusable?
Yes! With proper care, many of our braiding extensions can be reused multiple times. We’ll send you care instructions with your order.

Our focus is on scalp health, safety, and style. Every bundle is made to order, and every fiber is carefully selected to prevent itching and discomfort. We don’t just sell hair, we provide peace of mind.

11. What should I do if my payment doesn't go through on Paystack or Flutterwave?
If you encounter any issues while trying to pay via Paystack or Flutterwave:
Check your card details to make sure everything is correct.
Ensure your bank has enabled online or international payments.
Try another payment method or card.
If that still doesn’t work, you can use our Manual Payment Option:
Manual Payment Instructions:
1. Make a transfer to our official business account (details available in checkout, our Instagram highlights or upon request).
2. Send the following via Instagram DM, Email or WhatsApp:

3. Once we confirm your payment, your order goes straight into production just like a regular website order.
We typically confirm manual payments within 1- 2 hours after receiving.
