By accessing or using our store, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions:

  1. Product Availability

All items are made to order. We do not have anti itch braiding extensions, wigs or crochets already made and waiting to be shipped. Production begins on all extensions once we have a confirmed order.

1b. Order Modification Policy:

Orders can only be modified within 6 hours of being placed. After this window, all orders are considered confirmed and sent into production, and no further changes can be made.
We appreciate your understanding as this helps us maintain fast processing and timely delivery for all customers.

2. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in [USD] and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or descriptions.

3. Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, payment issues, or violation of store policies.

4. Intellectual Property
All content on our website including images, text, and branding is the intellectual property of Tres Belle Hair and may not be copied or used without our written consent.

5. Liability
We are not liable for any damages, losses, or delays caused by third-party shipping carriers, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or change any part of our store policies or website content at any time without prior notice.

 

Payment Policy

All payments must be completed at checkout. Orders will not be processed until payment is successfully received.

We do not offer payment plans at this time.

Processing Times

All of our products are made to order. Please allow 2 - 5 business days for braiding hair and 5 - 7 business days for crochets and wigs production before your order ships.

Note: Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or shipping time.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

All customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are not included in your order total and are payable by you  upon delivery.

These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Orders that are not collected or refused due to non-payment of import duties or taxes are not eligible for a refund, as we the seller have  fulfilled our obligation by shipping the order.

We recommend that you (client) check your local customs policies before placing an order to avoid unexpected charges.

Incorrect Address Policy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays, mis-deliveries, or lost packages due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
