Order Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you decide to cancel your order, please note that we do not offer refunds. Instead, you'll receive store credit. This means you can use that credit for a future purchase at your convenience, giving you the flexibility to choose something you truly love.

Because our products are made to order, we operate with a limited cancellation window.

Orders may be canceled within 6 hours of placement only.

Approved cancellations within the cancellation window will receive store credit equal to the order value minus a 6% payment processing and administrative fee.

This fee covers non-refundable transaction costs, payment gateway charges and order processing expenses already incurred at the time of purchase.

Store credit may be used toward any future purchase on our website.

Orders that have entered processing, preparation, customization, packaging, or shipment stages cannot be canceled.

We reserve the right to deny cancellation requests that appear fraudulent, abusive, excessive, or intended to bypass our policies.

Orders can only be canceled within 6 hours of placing the order, and only if the order has not yet been processed.

After 6 Hours
Once 6 hours have passed or the order has already been processed, the order cannot be canceled or refunded, as production will have already begun.

Please do not book your braiding appointment until your hair has arrived.

Do not place an order if you have a very close event. Our products are treated and made to order and require atleast 2–3 business days for processing before shipping.

NON-TOXIC PRESTRETCHED BRAIDING HAIR BLEND
Finally Gorgeous, Colorful AND Non-Toxic Braiding Hair!!

I bought 9 packs of pre-stretched braiding hair in the color Glimmer. I had it braided to vacation-length over my locs, and ended up using exactly 8.5 bundles for the style pictured. The color blend is unique because in certain lighting, my braids looked ice blue; other times it looked soft blue with hints of the other colors in the blend. That's a big indicator of how well-blended a bundle is. It came out better than I envisioned.
I got sooo many compliments, from install in the salon chair, to my job, airport, throughout my travels, and even 4 weeks later, when my natural locs were starting to frizz underneath, I still got compliments!! Blue is my favorite color and as y'all know, it's impossible to find fun colors or beautiful color blends without sacrificing quality or toxicity.
Now to be frank I live in the U.S. and the import duty taxes + shipping wasn't cheap (2026 current events 😬), but this company was extremely communicative, helpful, and transparent when I asked questions. And ngl, this hair being washable and reusable, easy on the hands and gorgeous makes it a worthy investment. I don't have to throw it out after 1 use or be afraid of hidden carcinogens and poison in my PROTECTIVE style!
This hair gave me no itch, didn't have to pre-ACV rinse, already came pre-stretched, and lasted a solid 4 weeks, which is the max time I can have a protective style in before taking it down to maintain the health of my locs. All in all, well worth the money and I will buy more from this brand in the future. Thank you!! 🙏🏽🙏🏽
