Order Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you decide to cancel your order, please note that we do not offer refunds. Instead, you'll receive store credit. This means you can use that credit for a future purchase at your convenience, giving you the flexibility to choose something you truly love.

Because our products are made to order, we operate with a limited cancellation window.

Orders may be canceled within 6 hours of placement only.

Approved cancellations within the cancellation window will receive store credit equal to the order value minus a 6% payment processing and administrative fee.

This fee covers non-refundable transaction costs, payment gateway charges and order processing expenses already incurred at the time of purchase.

Store credit may be used toward any future purchase on our website.

Orders that have entered processing, preparation, customization, packaging, or shipment stages cannot be canceled.

We reserve the right to deny cancellation requests that appear fraudulent, abusive, excessive, or intended to bypass our policies.

Orders can only be canceled within 6 hours of placing the order, and only if the order has not yet been processed.

After 6 Hours
Once 6 hours have passed or the order has already been processed, the order cannot be canceled or refunded, as production will have already begun.


Important Ordering Guidelines
Please do not book your braiding appointment until your hair has arrived.

Do not place an order if you have a very close event. Our products are treated and made to order and require atleast 2–3 business days for processing before shipping.
